Booking Terms
These terms and conditions govern your booking with Let’s Travel and Tours Ltd. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.
- It is your responsibility to check the details in the confirmation and inform us of any discrepancies within 48 hours.
Payment
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made 3 of days before the departure date.
- Payments can be made via [credit card, bank transfer].
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
- Cancellation fees are as follows:
- 30 days prior to departure: 20% of total cost
- 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 15 days: Non-refundable
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after cancellation.
Changes to Bookings
- Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
- Any changes must be made in writing.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa).
We are not liable for any losses due to lack of documentation.
Liability
Let’s Travel and Tours Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in tours or activities.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances.
